Booking conditions:

Your reservation is a fixed booking after receipt of our booking confirmation. It will be canceled, if the deposit is not paid. There is no interest on deposits. Please, make the payment free of charge. If you cancel your booking, deposit will be forfeited. We recommend you a travel cancellation insurance policy.  Reisestorno- und Urlaubsschutz

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations up to 90 days before arrival are free.

Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival will be charged with 50% of the total price.

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival will be charged with 80% of the total price.

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival will be charged with 90% of the total price.

No shows will be charged with the total price.

The specified reservation dates are binding.The reserved rooms are kept free on arrival day to 18.00 clock.If your arrival is delayed, please inform us. In case of delayed arrival or early departure will be charged the booked period.
